Iwas very refresh the politeness of the emploees for a grandmother who has a hearing problem it was awsome
i love jacks food,the only thing that bothers me is that they change the sandwiches every now and then. for example the jumbo jack, the cheeseburger and the sour dough jack
I always get what I want no matter whagt time of day, ie: breakfast or dinner
My daughter and I are visiting Killeen, Texas to visit my husband who is in Texas for business. We often tell our daughter stories of nostalgia as we travel throughout the country with her. We reside in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania where there are no Jack in the Boxes in our area. During this trip, we told her about the child star Rodney Allen Rippy and the burger that was just too big for him to eat. When returned to our room we even Youtubed his commercial so that she could see his cheeks. The trip to Jack in the Box was perfect. The team was so cheerful and professional. The cashier was very patient while my daughter decided what to eat. There was a little bit of a lunchtime rush, but the team sang a little medley as they were waiting for the next rush to come in, very nice voices. Thank you for making our trip complete.

My roommate and I have been going to the location on El Camino Real for years, and have never hd a bad or dissapointing experience. The food has always been fresh and the service friendly and positive.
Keep in mind that we frequent this store at different hours of the day, and several times a week.
