I was overcharged by the Malibu, California Jack in the Box for a Junior Jack. I paid a 1.29 when the drive thru menu said it was 99 cents. I did not notice till I left and started thinking about how the numbers did not add up. It is sad to think that I was cheated out of a little bit of money but thought of all the customers who come through and are charged 30% more due to a computer error or a deliberate price hike that conflicts with the menu price. I hope you can correct the error as you are definitely cheating your customers out of 30 cents on each Jr. Jack.
I went to the our Jack in the box this morning 5-30-12. They took my order
Then got up to the drive thru window. Hayden was the employee I gave him my money and the change dropped to the ground outside my car, He insisted that I give him more money. He kept saying that isn’t enough,. The change dropped through his fingers. It was his attitude that upset me.
I couldn’t open my car door . .
The store is in Sammamish, Washington
Just do not understand the reason why I had to pay more for my drink . It was clearly his fault for dropping the change,

As allways Jack surprise’s me how well fast food can taste. You cannot find onion rings of the quality of Jack’s,all other’s compared taste like they have a unnatural coating and small pressed texture.

I ordered a Chipolte Club Combo, and was charged 5.49 + tax. I mentioned I saw a commercial for 4.99. She said that I was mistaken. Whats up??
Just wanted to make it clear the young lady that helped me was very nice. The only problem is I ordered a Southwester salad, but when I arrived home she sold me Chicken Club. The Club was good but iI would like to have had what I ordered.
07/04/12 went thru the drivethru and had a couple of snags,ask for some sweet and sour for the egg rolls and when got home they were not in bag, then found that i had paid for french fries and got curly.
then it was that i had gotten 3 orders of frys and only 2 egg rolls and paid for the 3.
Drive thru # 274, employee Patty. Excellent service ,very friendly. I ordered a jumbo breakfast platter with no meat but extra egg as egss are cheaper than meast. No questions, no hassles, just good service. On the other hand I went to the one at 36th St.& Thomas Rd and got nothing but trouble and ended up driveing away very mad. Swore I’d never go to Jack again but decided to try my neighborhood one to see if I got the same service. Was pleasently surprised.
