  1. Panera Bread is my favorite place to enjoy lunch. We were at Panera Bread in Lakewood, WA on Sat., Oct.19th, and had a wonderful time. I tried to tip our server, Terry, but he wouldn’t take the money. We were a large party, 7 people, and he took great care of us and was more then happy to do so. I told the manager on my way out what a great employee they have and her reply, “We are very lucky”. It is hard to make Panera any better but Terry sure did. He is a wonderful young man! Thanks Panera!

  2. As usual, we love the food and the service here. Sometimes, we are simply in the mood for a good soup and Panera always delivers. The people are always friendly and inviting. Corrie has served us many times and she is always upbeat and professional. An asset.

  3. I visisited your store in Keizer again on Monday October 21st. I tried a new item for lunch it was deliciouus! It was the Chicken Cobb Avacado Salad!!! My husband had his usual grilled chicken Caesasr salad. He thought his was wonderful too!!! As usual we had a wonderful time!!! The employees are very efficient and fast.!!!! Thank you Panera!!!!

  4. My very first lunch in USA and I loved Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. But best thing about Panere Bread is delicious smell of homemade bread, my new place is located on right across of Panera ( Columbia Heights, Washington DC ) and seems like I will enjoy many lunch there.

  5. I just love my Panera! I am a regular morning customer. The manager & staff are very courteous and the store always is busy. No doubt because the threat customer service brings them back.

  7. I love Panera’s – the atmosphere and the food are well worth the wait – I have rearranged my lunch schedule to avoid the lunch crowds and I have no issues. Quality of the produce is Great! Service-Great! On that occasion when I need to have lunch at 12:00 or 12:30, I am careful in choosing the location. “Customers” at several Richmond locations are very abrupt & rude. If they want your table, they stare at you, say negative comments about you sitting there longer than they feel you should and remain there until you leave. I don’t visit those locations any longer. I only have 30 min for lunch and no time to play games.

  8. I visited the Bainbridge store 10/25 at 1:45 pm. Most of the available tables were dirty. The floors were also strewn with litter. The bathroom had not been serviced and the urinal wouldn’t flush. Overall a very poorly run store.

  9. The Panera Bread in Westchester IL has the best group of employees EVER! The manager Marlys knows how to treat her employees and the customers! Four Stars!
