Cashier Gabrielle was very informative and helpful as well as efficient. The food has always been consistently good. Breads excellent. Apples used to be mushy. Now the are crisp and tasty.
I just purchased Panera’s Greek Salad. I was very disappointed to find it had absolutely no feta cheese – so rather than a greek salad, all I received was a salad consisting of iceberg lettuce, red onions, tomatoe and cucmbers. No feta, no olives and I got to pay 6.99 for a regular side salad. I consider this a rip off and will not purchase this item again.
Very disappointed, new store, ordered soup in bread bowl, they were out of bread bowl!
The food was very good, the service was slow, and the atmosphere was sleepy. It was just after 8:30 a.m. on Sunday morning with one girl on the register, who couldn’t find the keys to ring up some menu items. Another girl was helping her by fetching items and bringing them out to waiting customers. It seemed to take quite awhile to get hot items at the steam table. Someone else on register was needed to take care of Browns’ fans who were behind us.
I’m a huge fan of Panera – love all their food – feel like you use all fresh and high quality ingredients – for the first time we tasted your bolognese pasta and were disappointed in the taste, texture and seasoning – no comparison to how good the baked mac is

My husband met me at our local Panera as I was just getting back in town after a few hours drive. It was so nice and easy to go in and order our dinner then go home. We both enjoyed salads. The service was good and the staff was friendly.
We love the pastries and a nice cup of coffee
for my mate and a wonderful flavored tea for me.
It’s a handy place to go when you are visiting
City Place.Also, when you go to the movies, it’s right across the street…YUM Yum
