  1. Love Paneras! Love the open atmosphere, the friendly staff, the good food, the choices of bakery and deserts. The bagels and tomatoe soup is the best. Mostly, I like to sit there and drink coffee and eat forever. Not possible. I go as often as my budget will allow. I like to go after church on Sundays most of all. I meet friends during the week for relaxation and conversation. The staff is always kind and interested. The only thing I would change is the choice of “sides”. Would prefer a veggie instead of chips (coleslaw, pickle, celery, carrots, etc.) I have a member card that gives me a little bonus occasionally. I wish I owned stock in this company! Its a great dine-in or dine-out restaurant.

  2. I go to Panera’s in Carbondale,IL once a week and Cole is always polite and helpful. He even remembers my name. Nice to see young people staying with a good company.

  3. The Panera Bread is Huntvalley us a great place to eat! They are very time efficient and it is a great relaxing place to eat and enjoy time with friends! Would highly recommend going there!!

  4. The Panera in Mt. Lebanon in the Galleria is my go-to place for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the days that I work in the Galleria. The staff is always friendly and there is no horse-play when putting customers food orders together. I love to see the younger generation taking their jobs at Panera seriously…what a great company and restaurant. The shrimp salad roll is DIVINE! Love the avocado and tangy lemon flavors!

  5. Panera is a great cafe to visit. We visit up and down the east coast and most recently Colorado Springs Co. The down side to Panera is for some reason Panera does not allow more than one critique of the visit per week. I sometimes visit Panera 4/5 times a week and feel the store/s are not able to receive the comments. I was in Boston last month and visited Panera 5 times in a seven day visit. Was unable to make comments. Panera stores lose out as a result of not receiving comments. Panera ought to make a change to this policy

  6. Panera has a great selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. Their baked goods, breads and bagels are wonderful. I would reccomend adding a veggie side option and perhaps a sprouted wheat bread for the nutritionally conscious consumers.

  7. Andi, a server at Cafe 3264, has had her weekly hours reduced. She is now only able to work two days a week. She is a dedicated and skilled worker and trainer in addition to being smart and tireless in her care for customers. She should be given a full time schedule and valued more as a team member.
