  1. George from the Waltham, MA store waited on us and was extremely kind and courteous. I was there with my 82 year mother and 3 year old granddaughter. It was a pleasureable experience from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. I have eaten in this restaurant of many occasions and always feel great when I leave. The staff is always so helpful.

  2. Danielle helped me she had superb customer service and was very friendly and welcoming! Danielle makes me wanna eat panera everyday. 9 stars for her *********************

  3. Seriously disappointed. Ordered the tomato mozz panini to go. When I arrived home I found that there were a total of 3 tomato slices and 1 small slice of mozz on my sandwich. Will not be going to that location again.

  4. I went into Panera 1595 this morning with no one else in line, before work and ordered a chocolate chip bagel w/ hazelnut cream cheese and my order was confirmed incorrectly and I correct my order to hazel but cream cheese. I left with my bagel in bag and went to work to find that they still gave me the INCORRECT CREAM CHEESE and this is my breakfast and ill be working a 13 hour shift today! Not a good start to my day

  5. I went 2 Panera in Fairfield,Ct and their cashier Velany & Vincent were so helpful i wish i had service like that all the time..
