George from the Waltham, MA store waited on us and was extremely kind and courteous. I was there with my 82 year mother and 3 year old granddaughter. It was a pleasureable experience from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. I have eaten in this restaurant of many occasions and always feel great when I leave. The staff is always so helpful.
Service was excellent, food was tasty, ambience was fantastic.
Danielle helped me she had superb customer service and was very friendly and welcoming! Danielle makes me wanna eat panera everyday. 9 stars for her *********************
Seriously disappointed. Ordered the tomato mozz panini to go. When I arrived home I found that there were a total of 3 tomato slices and 1 small slice of mozz on my sandwich. Will not be going to that location again.
I went into Panera 1595 this morning with no one else in line, before work and ordered a chocolate chip bagel w/ hazelnut cream cheese and my order was confirmed incorrectly and I correct my order to hazel but cream cheese. I left with my bagel in bag and went to work to find that they still gave me the INCORRECT CREAM CHEESE and this is my breakfast and ill be working a 13 hour shift today! Not a good start to my day
