  1. I love Panera! I’m there Monday-Friday and never get tired of it. Love the workers in Fairview. They are so friendly and helpful….Mickey works so hard…she’s a real gem. Sure do miss some of the workers who recently left. Thanks also fir changing that awful music you had for a while. Glad that disc is gone as that could drive people away. Peggy

  2. I had picked up lunch for my daughter and took it to her work. When I got there one of the items wasn’t in the bag. Two hours later, on my way home and back past the same store, I took in my receipt and told them what happened. No questions asked – they gave me the item and apologized. They were so nice and it made for a wonderful end result. I have always found the employees extremely helpful and thank them for their hard work and dedication.

  3. I was at the Clackamas Town Center restuarant on 5/31/13. I was greeted by Rosalee. I just wanted to say how pleasant and professional she was. Very warm, friendly, and very personable. The entire atmosphere of the store was very clean and inviting. Keep up the good work!

  4. Manager and employees very helpful and kind!! Boone panera!! Manager was blonde. I did not catch her name!! We are here visiting from Raleigh. Feels like home!

  6. I eat at Panera at least twice a month…sometimes more. Normally, service is great, but today, it was not that great. Even though I specified that my order was in; it was bagged leaving me without a plate. I borrowed an extra plate my friend received because she got an extra bagel because her first one was burned. Also, two of the types of coffee I like to drink were not yet brewed, so I had to wait for my coffee. Today was not my best visit. 🙁 Hopefully, next time will be better.

  7. Visited the new location at Pentagon City Mall. Enjoyed the experience and loved my mango smoothie prepared by Whitney… Will definitely return.

  8. Place is looks nice. Tables and counters are set up well. But refreshment center is cramped and only one person can get their soda/tea/sweetener/lid etc. at a time. It was busy yesterday during lunch. I looked at my receipt from yesterday and noticed that I was charged twice for soda even though my wife didn’t order one. The cashier only gave us one cup so it wasn’t a miscommunication. She hadn’t handed us the asiago cheese loaf until we pointed that out. They are easily overwhelmed at the register.

    I’ll still come back because the product is very good. I’ll have to be more watchful but soda bar still needs work. Dover NH. Location

  9. I am a Panera rewards member. I like the food at Panera and have never had a bad experience.
    On May 26 I ate at Panera in Rochester, MN. After I placed my order and the counter person scanned my rewards card, she told me that I have $2 off a salad on my next purchase. That was good news. The bad news was when she told me that it offer was good until June 5 – unless I misunderstood what she said. I have earned rewards in the past but never with this narrow a window to redeem them. I live 45 miles from the nearest Panera location and plan my trips carefully so I likely will have to forfit this reward offer. While your food is great, this left a sour taste in my mouth.
