The Panera in Yorkville,IL has always been a pleasant experience and the store is clean. I have never had any employee that was rude. I was just there and Monica was very outgoing and had a good attitude. It’s a nice change of pace to be at an establishment that the employees don’t act like they are doing you a favor by doing there job and that your not a bother to them.

I tried to fill out survey form, but it wouldn’t cooperate…would not accept last digit in check #…however had not had a sandwich from Panera in awhile decided to go in today 27 May…ordered a chicken almond sandwich on wheat, was delicious.it.included fresh dark green lettuce and tomato and I requested no salt or pepper…as a side I asked for an applel…I guess your ads describing your healthful fare are paying off….it brought me into your cafe and I received a $2 coupon off a future salad which I know is going to be superdelish AND loaded with B vitamins….
This was my third time at Panera food was good and fresh a little costly but you pay for what you get.
I am delighted that Luke Mattin has returned to the DeKalb Panera. He is so helpful and efficient. He is always busy working, but takes the time to chat with me and my friends. It is good that you gave him a promotion. From what I observe he deserves all the promotions available. Companies should reward their loyal employees who practice a good work ethic, and do it with a smile!
I visited Panera Bread on May 21 and was extremely impressed with their service. They are always very congenial.

The Panera @ The St Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, FL has always been such a pleasant experience. All the associates are very friendly and the management is constantly trying to make the service better!
I have tried other Panera’s in and around Jacksonville, but this one is by far the best! I will always be loyal to this location!
