I first heard about Panera Bread Resturaunt in 2001. When they opened at Southpoint Mall in Raleigh, NC. I enjoyed your food so much. I looked forward to my trips to Raleigh just to eat at your resturaunt. I traveled from Fayetteville, NC to Raleigh, NC, which is 86 miles one way. I really love your food.Finally I got my wish, my dream come true. You built a Panera Bread Resturaunt in my town, Thanks so much. I am forever greatful!!!!!!
I just moved in the area. I recently was introduced to Panera Bread. I really enjoy your $6.99 menu. You have an excellent choices. It’s just enough to eat. I maintain my diet while watching my budget too! Your staff is very polite, fast and efficeint. Thanks, Tammy Bell
I enjoy Panera Bread w/my friends. We are older Americans and do love the food, prices, and quiet athmosphere in which we can talk comfortably. The only thing I object to is all the UCI (?) students occupying the best booths with their computers. I look to see if they order and there is not much food on their tables and they stay a long time. Thank you for listening. The staff is excellent.
First and foremost, please check the spelling of the website comment survey. I don’t know if this is in all stores, but at the Panera Bread on Clayton Road in St. Louis, MO, the website reads:www.faneralistens.com. I was unable to pull up the survey with this name. I changed the name to panera and was able to get in. Now to the good part. I have been frequenting Panera Bread Co. for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with anything that I purchased. Love the black bean soup, the sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, cinnamon crunch bagles and the coffee(decaf). The staff is always pleasant and there is no hesitation between customers. They say, “If It Ain’t Broke, Don’t Fix It”. I love the service the way it is, so keep up the good work.
This morning (10/30/12) I arrived at Panera in Arlington Heights, MA and was greeted by Jay who came and opened the locked door for us. How wonderful it was to be welcomed in when everywhere else was still closed because of the storm yesterday and last night. You are lucky to have employees who care about his customers as Jay does. He is ALWAYS caring and interested in his customers. Thank you.

Please bring back your ham and swiss cheese souffle! It is my very favorite (here in Columbus, OH) as well as my niece’s favorite (in Plymouth, MI).
We both like it much better than the new sausage and gouda souffle. Thank you very much. My husband and I love Panera, eat there 4-5 times a week and enjoy the friendly, professional staff. They really shine.
