Visited Panera Northridge, Ca 6 times – with 2 to 6 friends. Always receive nice greeting and employees never rush us seniors – seem to understand vision is not so great and explain things to us before and during placing our order. Food is served in a timely manner and hot or cold as it should be. The surroundings always clean plus the servers are well groomed – a REAL PLUS.
Soup is always delicious.

had lunch today at Panera’s in Ankeny, IA — tuna sandwich was good – but the French Onion soup was some of the BEST I’ve had. Will certainly get it again..
The soup is hot, the sandwiches are tasty, the bread is always fresh, but the most important thing is the customer sevice—everyone is polite and the service is great !!

Never get tired of going to Panera’s in Woodbridge,VA. Have not tried breakfast there but looking forward to it. I love your variety of coffee.
I go to Panera cafe# 0750 almost every Friday A M and when I walk in they automatically put my order in a bag. Breakfast for my wife and me. People there are friendly, accurate with orders, polite, and efficient.
We also go there for lunch frequently.
Love their onion soup – couldn’t be better
