Just left Panera’s at Concord Mills (Charlotte-Concord NC) a little while ago. The occasion this time was breakfast. We visit often and I have been negligent in not sending in responses more frequently.
It is our favoriite place to eat. We akternate usually between breakfast and lunch. This morning – oatmeal with nuts and strawberries. DELICIOUS! Other times the egg white sandwich or the power sandwich.
Mark Boswell, the manager, keeps up wth everything beautifully. Meets and greets custormers as time allows . . . gets to know many by name if they are in often enough.
Staff wise, Linda, Victoria, Kim, Hennie, et al, help make the place special because of their outgoing attitude. You are made to feel welcome.
Noticed the listing on the door saying that some new producccts will be offered soon. Looking forward to checking that out.

loved the lobster sandwich and the bread.
I just left panera and thought the service was great. The food came out quick and the people were super friendly and also pretty funny.I don’t have any complaints,and I will definitely go back again sometime soon.
I was @ Panera today in Nashua, NH and had a Sierra turkey sandwich and was extremely dissatisfied. I expected real turkey not processed. You used to have a delicious chicken sandwich, and you took it off the menu. I am unable to have salads right now and hope you will bring back this chicken sandwich with real turkey. The sandwich bread was disappointing also. I hope you will consider having the real meat not processed which is extremely unhealthy for you.
My friends and I love eating at Panera Bread, The food is always tasty and the service is always great.
had my coffee @cafe2711 in kc.mo.this am the service was great my cashier is almost always kelly she greet everyone with a smile and always thanks you as you leave.
this am the mgr gave us a free samlple of a new pumpkin bagel bagel it was very good. there is about 8 to 12 meets the borning a week for breakfast and coffee.also most morn8ing oour wives meet separtly. great place to eat and visit.
lunch and dinner is also great and table are always clean and clear off.
