We just had dinner at the Logan Roadhouse in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. We had a waitress named Pookie. She was the most amazing waitress that I have ever had. The cook came out to make sure our steaks were prepared to the correct doneness. We also had a visit by the greeter. We had wonderful service. The next time we are in Ft. Wayne, we plan to visit this location again.

This is to inform you of my last two visits to the Logan restaurants. I have been to Logan’s many times; I am in the ministry and I pastor a church and I eat out quite a lot. The last two times have been so disappointed and it is this experience that I’m writing to you about. The first one was in Alexandria Louisiana we were there to do some hospital visitation and stopped at Logan’s to eat. I ordered the chop steak and they came out and told me they did not have any chop steak so I ordered the little hamburgers which is the chop steak cut in little bitty pieces and they had that. They ask if I wanted the french fries with it I said does it come with it and they said yes. When I got my bill they charged me for them and my wife ordered a little steak and it was everything but what she wanted and then when they took it back to fix it, they never brought it back she ended up eating half of mine, the best thing they could do was say I’m sorry. So I said fine you don’t want my business, well that was probably two months ago or so and I had forgotten. So yesterday February 20 we were in Monroe Louisiana and wanted to eat, so we went to Logan’s. My wife ordered the beef tips and she ordered it well done. Well when we got it, it wasn’t even medium and her potato was cold, I mean cold to the touch when the lady said will fix it. My wife said no don’t worry about it. I ordered chop steak and she ate half of it. Thanks but I don’t think we’ll try again.

My family took me to Logan’s in Southaven,MS on my birthday,which was Friday Feb.22.it was horrible .We waited 1 hr.40min. To be seated.They told us they were waiting on a party to leave and when they did we would get their table,the party left and nobody was making any effort to clean the table so we had to ask them to clean it.They finally seated us and the table wasn’t even wiped off.The server(Sabrina) didn’t know anything about the bar drinks that we were trying to order.She finally got our drinks and took our order,she brought out our food but she forgot to ring in my son-in-laws steak,so he had to eat his side items that she went and got while finally ringing up his steak.My daughters steak was overlooked and we had to get silverware off of another table.The rest of everyone’s food was actually good but it was a horrible experience,wasn’t a very good birthday dinner.
league city tx. we have been eating here for a year and on 3-5-13 the lunch was awful. could hardly cut the steak with a knife and the veggies were half of an order. server was great

My husband and I ate at Logan’s in Troy, OH last night for dinner. It was around 7:30-8:00 on Sunday evening. There were may 10 tables seated in the restaurant. Our server was terrible. She came to our table to greet us soon after we sat down and told us she would be with us in a few minutes. No problem, we were looking over the menu since this was our first time dining at Logan’s. She came to our table after about 5 minutes and took our drink order. She came back about 5 minutes later and took our dinner order and told us she would bring out some bread. 10 minutes later she brought our bread out but we didn’t have any bread plates brought to our table (the table of four beside us did.) We had to put our pieces of bread we were eating from back in the bread basket. When our food come out, my husband’s steak was overcooked, mine was cold and it didn’t taste like it had been cooked over a wood fire. Needless to say, the check was brought out quite speedily. Very slow service when the restaurant is not busy.I don’t think we will be back.
We enjoyed our meal very much. The staff was excellant and the waitress very attentive. W will definitely be back again
Went to League City yesterday afternoon. The server was great and very friendly. Her name was Gena. We had to wait a long time for our food.. The food was really good but needs to improve on the delivery time for the food.
