We visited the SUNDEW HARVESTER KETTERING today and were simply appalled by the standard of the
? HOT, meals served. Of the five meals in our party only one was edible. All fries were cold and were mostly the scrag ends at the bottom of the dish. The Fried fish was cremated on the outside with runny batter inside. A Burgerdish was served so cold that the burger itself had gone hard but the slice of cheese had not even wilted never mind melted. A small rack of bone less pork ribs was uncooked and a Chicken Breast & Fries were also cold and the breast had the “appearance” of reconstituted meat, served without any sort of garnish and was inedible. The remaing meal, a Gammon, although consumed was not in the least enjoyable. The manager apologised when we complained and we were not asked to pay for the returned meals, however there are also five customers who will never return again.
Nice meal, well served by a pleasant waitress.
two lot,s of lettuce , why when you can have cheese back on the salad cart .
My daughters and I are regular visitors to the Ham Farm branch. We have always had extreemly good service and the food is excellent. The Manager is very efficient always out on the restuarant floor and involved in the general running of the service . Withiout exception the staff are efficient and always pleasant, it is a pleasure for us to visit
Just had a lovely meal with friends to celebrate my 70th birthday. The staff and service were very good and the food was excellent. You are the icing on the cake, thanks Harvester,GraysThurrock.
We had a very nice meal on Sunday afternoon at the Castle Pub in Laindon. Served by a very pleasent young lady ( Carlie). The place was packed but the service was very good. The food was hot.
When i had a down day i picked up my kids and said “would you like to go to the harvester?” so we went we had so much fun we had starters, mains, dessert my kids were sad when we arrived when we left thomas said “I wish i was a worker at the harvester they eat there very day” i turned my back at the harvester nd said i will see you again some day
We,three in party, went for an early meal before a show. This was the Buccaneer, In Fareham. We were seated quickly and had a pleasant waitress. The salad was good as usual. One meal had cheese which had not melted and another had green beans which were hard and cold, otherwise the meals were nice although not upto the usual standard in this particular restaurant. The price of cola is too much especially as we have never been able to drink more than one glass – why can we not have a small glass of cola at a reasonable price?
we ate at the Harvester at the Centertainment Sheffield last night 28.1.14 and was really impressed with the food and service (this was my visit to a Harvester). Our waitress Sophie B was very helpful, caring and extremely good at her job. When my granddaughter wanted a pudding that had something in it that she didn’t like Sophie went and sorted it for her. I would also like to mention that Andy C went out of his way to sort the pudding, thank you to both Sophie and Andy for making my fussy granddaughter happy.
Called into the Harvester’s Leeds…..a place we have been many times before. We knew what to expect………good atmosphere, good service, good meal and all at good value !!
Never failed to please us yet.
