  1. i have been a regular denny’s resturant customer for several years now, and always will be, whether or not if i am traveling or not, let me just say that i am going to be looking out for that denny’s resturant sign. the food and the customer service, provided is what i am all about and will always keep me come back, time and time again.

  2. Had breakfast today at our local Dennys in Newburgh, NY. Food was good but noticed slight problem. Approached Mgr when paying ticket and offered advice about getting those plastic coffee crafes to help staff when high volume customers fill place. He stated they can’t buy them, yet almost half the same type locations have them sounds strange. Today the site was so crowded that the wait was 15 mins and getting longer. Adding those crafes would save time for staff andallow customers to enjoy coffee without bothering the staff.

  3. Our service was impeccable as always and the food simply outstanding. As always a manager does a quick pass by to ask us how we are doing and our waitresses are attentive each and every visit. Forever warm and welcoming, Denny’s is the place for us now and always on our terrific Tuesdays together (My husband & myself). Devoted Customers, Mr. & Mrs. Brooks

  4. the last time I visited the Dennys in Gibson ,Pa at the Flying J, It was a good one but the week earlier was a total disaster. I was seated at a table where the server was on break, no one came to my table for at least 10 -15 min I then got up and found someone to help me.It was my server and she said I was on my break.
    I ordered my food and it came out missing some ingredients she said they were out of them.she never asked if I would like to order something else. I waited so long at this point I ate it anyway.

    Recently a Denny’s opened in Burley, ID. I was happy to see that! But, having eaten there twice now I will not eat there again. The food was cold both times! The first time I ate there I ordered a build your own breakfast. The waitress forgot my fruit bowl and my hot food was cold. It was 4 p.m. before the dinner crowd and long after the lunch crowd! The second time I ordered a bacon and avocado sandwich with fries, again the food was cold. I can eat a cold bacon sandwich but cold fries are not very tasty. Again it was 3:30 in the afternoon not a busy time! The waiter offered to bring me more fries but I refused! I will no longer be eating at the Denny’s chain!
