As far as I am concerned no other store can beat M&S for value, reliability and courtesy; as far as the food is concerned, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else, plenty of variety, fresh food is fresh, good selection of breads and cakes in fact brilliant!
my wife purchased a birthday gift for me in m/s in the square shopping centre which alas did not fit me.as it was the last one in the store we went to m/s in liffey valley where we exchanged it for the correct size.the staff were very helpfull and courteous and the store had a bigger selection of goods which resulted in me making extra purchases.regards pat bermingham.
I think the mens showrer gel & all toiletries should be in the mens area or near to the mens area even if it was just a small amount would be helpful we cant all trail to the other display areas in your stores.This would be really helpful but would like to say I do like M&S.
i always feel it is a treat to shop at marks and spencer there is not another shop quite like it and i always come out feeling better many thanks

the food and coffee was as always fresh and tasty .
the staff as usual very polite . my only complaint was that even though it was 1.pm there was only one till open this is your peak time .plenty of staff cleaning tables etc ?
I like my M&S I shop their for most of my clothes . as I am over 60 yrs i get my sizes .The
sale assistant are polite and are very helpful.
Love M & S, clothing and household goods always of an excellent quality and reliable, the food fresh and appetising, and the assistants ever helpful and polite.
very pleasant and helpful staff in food department where I shop often, range of food very good too, also buy tops and trousers in store.
I shop at M&S loads but do get frustrated when I can’t find what I ‘m looking for – the shop is constantly being rearranged. Love the food hall!!! And all staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel like a valued customer – a rare commodity!
