I spent a very enjoyable 3 hrs last Saturday at M&S Liffey Valley S/C in Dublin where I took part in a “knit in” in aid of the Marie Keating breast cancer charity. What struck me most was the great interaction amongst the M&S staff they were so pleasant jolly & helpful. Having worked in retail myself for many years I know that women working together don’t always see “eye to eye” but I was very impressed with their attitude to each other. The store at Liffey Valley is very convenient for me as I live nearby & I LOVE the sales ! the prices are genuinely marked down not like a lot of other stores here in Dublin where stock is brought in specially for the sales ! Thats about it. Thank you M&S

queued for 14minutes at M&S cafe in Castle point for coffees this afternoon. great store but let down by very slow service.

I love shopping for food at Marks and Spencers especially for foo. I also love the household section and some parts of the clothes section. Overall it is all very good quality
Marks and Spencers are a legend they are worldwide.Their service over the globe is unbelieveable rock on M & S.
I shop in Brent Cross and use a walking stick. In that store they have a policy at the pay till, or when returning goods, which alllows disabled customers to go to the front of any queue which is a great help and avoids painful standing. This is much appreciated. I can always be sure of excellent quality goods and service and the staff are very helpful
