I still find a lot of m &s clothes sizes are not true to size some are much larger whilst others are very small often meaning two sizes larger are needed

Meal Deals great value. Staff very pleasant, but sometimes could do with a few more tills open as the small M&S food store we go to is usually very busy. Top marks for quality of food though.
The thing about M&S is the quality and passion put into shopping there what makes it so unique from other shops is its wide range of lovely food/items. The staff are so nice and as usual the food was lovely today at M&S especially the fresh bread! So that’s why I have no doubt that I will keep shopping at M&S for quality at a affordable price.
The M&S store on Stratford Rd Shirley is great and must not be closed!
Shirley is already suffering from retail decay . Parkgate will not be the saviour of the Parade therefore moving M&S to the Sears Retail Park on Marshall Lake will only drive another nail into the coffin of retail in Shirley.
Demographics will prove the major share of M&S customers will not be able or prepared to travel to Marshall Lake Rd.
What a nuisance it is to have to travel a round journey of 50+ miles to visit the nearest M&S store to Minehead. We particullarly enjoy M&S food for its variety and quality, yet in this town there are numerous vacant premises which would be of ideal size to suit your needs and would be well patronised by customers from a wide area across Exmoor
The staff at the Dartmouth ( Devon) M&S are just so helpful. The food is always 1st rate. Such great quality. Although the tills could benefit from extra staff sometimes, the staff always do their best to man extra tills when needed.

Havent been to M and S for a long time. Was boasting to my friends on your quality of plain cotton knickers which I bought nearly 30 years ago and still have some!
The elastic is superb.
I was delighted to see that you still have white cotton knickers. Not only that, but there were five in a pack for seven euros. I bought three packs one for myself, another for my daughter and another for my friend. Spread the word!
I enjoy going into m&s to look around i find the staff very helpful i always seem to buy something because the quality is good it did go down for a while but the standard has come back again
