I would like to see on your shelves: Lactose-free Sour Cream. Right now I have to shop somewhere else just to buy Lactose-free Sour Cream. I would rather be able to do all my grocery shopping at Winco foods. I shop at Winco foods at least once a week for all of my groceries. Please add to your product list: Lactose-free Sour Cream. We have shopped Winco since you opened in Moscow< Idaho and also shop in Indio, Calif. in the winter and love the variety and prices. Lately I get irritated because we have to show our identification when ever we write a check. My husband and I are both senior citizens and hate to wait in line then have to pull out our I.D. while people behind us dance around waiting to get waited on. Is there not some way that we can get an I.D. card that says we do not write bad checks but still carry a check book instead of a debit card???????????????????????

I didn’t have a good experience at Winco at all. The clerk that waited on me she didn’t know how to key in a coupon that was torn a little on the edge. I had to tell her how to do it. Also the clerk was trying to argue with me about the store not taking a travelers check,at that point I was getting very upset because I realized she didn’t know what she was doing. After she called for help it took another 10 minutes for the check to be approved in which my daughter and I who is disabled missed our ride which was non-medical ride the cab. My daughter called them but they refused to come back to the store what a bumber, so we had no way of getting home.Winco was’nt able to help us at all.
My second experience shopping at a Winco store proved to be a very good experience, a little crowded probably because it had just opened. Prices with coupons which came in the mail were good, the checkout was fast and efficient. People to assist were able to be found quickly in aisles and I will definitely shop there again – so there WalMart!
I can tell a good store by its parking lot. Yours is always full and hard to find a good spot.
