We had service by Patty and she did a fine job as always. We have been shopping at Fry’s for a number of years and are satisfied with the food available. I especially like the new arrangement in the produce department.
Just wanted to let u know that the produce people r doing a great job. The meat department has the most friendliest and helpful employees. The lady that helps at the self ck out is great also. I’ve been really impressed by the great customer serv. these people have been giving. P.S. I overheard truck drivers (friends) saying the distribution ctr. in Houston,Tx. was the filthiest but friendly place. Most want to drop off and leave fast. My friend asked if my store gets their product from Houston, I said I hope not,,He said wash everything, then wash it again. Not what I wanted to hear. Please ck on this. My store in Coppell,Tx. 75019 is very clean, but if product is coming from Houston, forget it!
Checkers are always helpful and pleasant.
Eli is a butcher at Kroger in Houston at Buffalo Speedway. He has helped me several times by cutting meat for me the way I like it. His helpfulness increases our satisfaction with the store.
Everyone is cheerful and helpful. Shopping is a good experience.
I went to Food for Less in Sylmar, to buys the beef rib on sale. Ended up having Julio help me. He went to the back cut me a very nice choice of meat. I was very pleased with the service he gave me. I did not know that was the service this store gave. Thankful to find out. Thank you again Julio in the Meat Dept. in sylmar Your the best.
Omar in nutrition really went out of his way to helped me find some crackers that my granddaughter wanted. Steph W and Becky at checkout were wonderful. Thank you for hiring such competent and cheerful people.
mgt and employees are very helpful and i have noticed carryouts are starting to ask customer if they want help more than in the past
The Cashier Natalyn was so very helpful, she went out of her way to help me find the lemon juice. and most important she makes my disabled husband fell welcome and makes him smile every time we come in. thank you.
