I like to leave a comment in regards to an incident with frys store. The manager by the name Tim help me with a few items I bought. One was a desk and end table. He put it together for me and helped load it in my truck. I was so pleased with all the service I received. Tim is a nice and understanding person. I thank him for listening to my side. And solving the problem. A very very satisfied customer.
Everyone in your Memphis, Tn Mendenhall location are exceptional employees! Derek Stamper in the deli, Chris in the Cheese Shoppe, Alex in floral, Erika in check-out, and Mrs. Helen (the best greeter in the world) are just a few of the employees that make Kroger my home away from home! They make me feel very special and go out of their way to make my shopping a wonderful and relaxed experience!!

I always shop smith’s and other kroger stores at home or out of town when visiting friends and family! It’s clean,friendly ,always has what i’m looking for in stock and prices really can’t be beat! I will always shop at krogers stores because i’m treated like a person not a number!!!!!!

Please re-instate “Greg Norman, Pinot” wine. It used to be on the shelf, but now there is not even an empty slot for it. You do have the Greg Norman, Malbec, but I like the Pinot.
