My family and I have been going to Banfield Hospital nearly 14 years and had outstanding service every time. Our first visit was at Gurnee IL followed by a move to Monclova OH. Even though 4 of our animals had passed away, the staff and veterinarian were always compassionate and available through the grieving phase of our pets. I want to especially thank Doctor Rebecca Henderson for her prompt treatment and kindness she has shown to my family and all our animals treated by her. I look forward to seeing her when I take my pets to her. She always tells us that we take good care of our animals as shown by the many visits we take them in with an illness or symptoms. The sooner you take them in for care can prevent further complications. Thank you Banfield veterinarians and staff for taking care of my animals
