I am a staunch customer of Rick Graf’s Store #75 in Issaquah WA. I have written your Regional that he and his staff have accorded me only the finest service imaginable in a small section of town with 5 large competitors whith whom to deal. Throughout my experience, Rick and his emps. at the Copying Center in particular have been of the utmost assistance. His facility is well-stocked, all is clean and meticulous, product visibility is exceptional. I know of no other retail store that offers so much for so little.
Rick’s team has aided me on numerous occasions, for instance, when I neglected to include proper spacings or missed page/chapter/paragraph breaks. My orders are generally submitted to New York post-haste for posting at book pubishers. I rely on him for professional copying work. For his excellent Customer Service, I am deeply indebted to him.
I recently came in to officedepot in englewood florida and purchased a new computer i was helped by kevin capron,i have never had such great service in any store were i have purchased anything that i needed things to be explained to me.he was very helpful and very smart i learned alot just talking to him,he is a asset to office depot.
I want to praise 2 your employees in the Thousand Oaks, CA store. MARLON and PATRICK. I bought a Panasonic KX-TG7643 phone for home, It is very difficult to program and I was returning it when they offered to help and they spent almost an hour figuring it out. Patrick and Marlon went above and beyond and are the reason I will make Office Depot my store of choice (i ended up keeping the phone.)
Heatherly Mackenzie was a fantastic help when I needed a copy/fax machine. She made everything simple for me. I thought this was going to be very complicated but it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Thank you Heatherly very much!! I will return to your Snellville store for my next purchase.
I am very satisfied with the service and the products I receive at ofice depot.
Mr. Cooper was very helpful and courtious both times I made purchases in the ridgely area store. He know what I needed, where to find it told me about the brand that was on sale for 1/2 the cost of the paper I was going to buy, as well as the type of cartaridge for my copyer. Some times sales people make me fill stupid ( I have mind problems and some times have to stop and try to remember what I go to the store for.)
