To give your honest feedback go to www.futureshopcares.ca and select to complete the survey in English or French before continuing to give responses in the survey. Customers will need to have their receipt handy to enter the store codes from the sales receipt and enter the survey within 30 days of purchase. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be given the opportunity to enter the prize draw for a chance to win a $500 to spend at Future Shop.
