I usually love Cracker Barrel but my fried chicken tenderloins were very dry and hard.yesterday.My food was lukewarm. My wife’s was fine. I won’t give up on you yet. I just wanted you to know.
I had breakfast at cracker barrel today, and as usual
it was great. When we are on vacation we always
look for cracker barrel.
Love the fact t that you are starting to carry some made in U.S.A. items keep up the good work.
We ate at a Cracker Barrell #404 on Sunday, June 2, 2013 in Mattoon, Illinois. We had the worst meal we have ever had. We’ve eaten in Cracker Barrells from Urbana, Illinois to Florida and have never had this kind of service or food. First of all, after the hostess seated us, we had to wait and wait for our order to be taken. Then we had to wait and wait for our food. When our food finally arrived, my grilled chicken was burnt and my husband’s pinto beans looked like they were from the bottom of the pan. We told our wait staff about this, and she brought him more beans, but they still didn’t taste good and he had a bad stomach ache. (He’s never had a stomach ache from the pinto beans or anything else he’s ever eaten at Cracker Barrell). The hostess said she would bring me more chicken and then it didn’t taste good either, so we didn’t eat it. Our granddaughter had asked for corn bread and they didn’t bring it until long after we were finished what we could eat. The hostess/boss was very kind to only charge us half price, but we will never eat in #404 again. We were very disappointed in this meal.

We ate at Cracker Barrel in Statesville,NC on June 4, 2013. The waitress was Kierra B. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice. The waitress was wonderful. She was polite and well mannered. She brought extra napkins without being asked and even gave us needed directions. We need a Cracker Barrel closer to where we live.
we eat at cracker barrel at least once weekly we always enjoy it
My wife and I ate at CB#465 in Collierville,TN on June 8, 2013 and had a very enjoyable time. We eat at this store fairly often and have had very good service and food always. I am semi-disabled, but the wait staff is ALWAYS available to assist me to be seated and to retrieve to assist me to stand. When we are able to take a vacation we try to find a CB where we know we will have good food and a warm welcome. Keep up the good work.
