Wish you had shops in the Northern States
Just got home from my favorite store, “Beall’s” and took your survey. Unfortunately I had to answer one of your questions negatively. My experience for the first time was not the best. Your computer system was taking atleast 5 minutes to print a receipt. There were many unhappy customers in line. The sales representative behing the counter, Vivian, was the greatest. She kept smiling and telling the customers it must be that the computers were a bit tired after Black Friday. She is a great asset to Beall’s. It takes a special person to be able to keep smiling when things are going wrong and this lady is the best.
Went to Bealls yesterday—very crowded. Returned today Spent $84.25 with savings of $53.50. Enjoyed shopping at Beall’s.
The service was alright, went there to get a Christmas nightlight.
Our Bealls in Crystal River is the best place in town
to shop. The personal are very curtius and helpful.
