my son only wears ae clothes, but last week we waited 30 min to check out, we could not find anyone to help us, including opening the door to the fitting room, it was a bad shopping exp but what really upsets me is to see everything is now 40% off, im hoping to switch to holister or something simular

I prefer to have more discount to buy lots of things. some times when I have return you customer services are not really polite. It looks very god about quality and every things. all of my clothes are from AE.
I stopped at the mall just to exchange a pair of shorts today. A sales person was teaching a new employee how to use the register. There were only two people in front of me and it took over 25 minutes before someone finally opened another register. There were 5 other sales people in the store besides the two people that were at the one register. I must give credit to my sales person. When I told her I waited so long she did not charge me the additional three dollars for the more expensive shorts that I exchanged and she was very apologetic.
