I like your 86th Street Street store very much. I am there a lot. The staff is always very helpful and the checkout staff are very pleasant. But the selection of children’s books has gone way down while toys have way up. By eliminating so many paperbacks of picture books you are forcing people to buy hardbacks or go to Amazon. Everybody does not have $15.00 for a book. And the spanish section has shrunk as well.
It is fun to visit Barnes and Noble stores. I wish there was a B&N store in Southeast Boise, possibly near Bown Town or Timberline High School and Albertson Shopping Center on Park Center.
The employees are excellent and demonstrate their love of their work..

B&N was awesome was not in the store more than 5 minutes and a store rep walked up and asked if he could help was able to find my book with in seconds thanks B&N
I really enjoyed my time at BN; and the staff was very helpful. I had forgotten just how enjoyable a night at the bookstore could be–just looking up various authors. Quite relaxing as well–after a stressful day at the office. Thanks BN staff for all your assistance.
