I don’t understand why it seems like everytime go to this jack in the box on 59th and Thomas, they manage to mess up my order. They always seem to leave something out of the bag, I know that i have spent thousands of dollars at Jack in the Box over the years and i just want my order to be how I ordered. i just spent $22 at Jack in the box, to feed my kids only to get home and find they left out my tacos. If I wasn’t trying to feed my kids their fries before they got cold, I might have went back. But then on the other hand why should I have to. Gas is on the rise so now I am left to make a decision, the food or the gas. The worst part of it all is that my kids wanted McDonalds. I wanted to eat so i chose Jack in the Box, i had a choice and apparently tonite may have not been the right one. I prefer Jack in the Box any day over any fast food but is it too much to get my order right?
All the employees at Jack in the box are always very friendly
not always satisfied,they do not get orders right,sad part is i don’t know till i get to work,i tell them next time i go there about the mistake all i get is “oh” sorry”but i keep going back anyway. love “jack in the box”
I love Jack in the box. They have McDonald’s or any other fast food restaurant beat with their great tasting breakfast menu any day of the week. I believe in my opinion anyway that Jack in the box is number 1 and always will be!

Whenever I go to Jack In The Box the employees are always friendly and greet me with a smile. I very rarely eat fast food but when I do it’s always Jack In The Box.
I have never had any problems with Jack in the Box. I always go to the one @ 8923 E. Sam Houston Pkwy. in Houston, TX. I love going to this restaurant because they always seem to get my order right every time. I visited this restaurant on 08/31/2012 and the employee named Rodney was so nice & helpful. I appreciated it!! I ordered my food for carry out and it didn’t take long to get it. The food was good like always!! I come here all the time. Keep up the good work!! In my book Jack in the Box is # 1 and always will be…) Thanks for the wonderful service…)

Hi. We went to the Jack n the Box on Clovis Ave & Olive in Fresno, CA. I totally recommend that location if you’ ever in the area. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. They treated my husband and I with great customer service & fresh fries.
