  1. I’m always impressed with Panera’s products and retail staffs. I go to Panera whenever there is one in the vicinity. The breads are made on premises and are always great; the wait staff are always well-trained and eager to please; the preparation is quick and the equipment they have is well-suited to the task. Panera is a company with more than just satisfaction as a goal; their aim is, obviously, to make your visit a singular pleasure, one that you’ll want to repeat often.

  2. The food is very good and everything is fresh however, the last two times I have gone to the location closest to my home, I have been charged for an item I ordered, but never received. It is very disappointing to pay for something but not receive it, not once but twice!

  3. I used the drive up window today in Hurst, TX. Thank goodness I was the only car in line (Have waited an hour in the past) and ordered a dozen bagels. The young lady was so thoughtful, sliced the bagels, etc. then reminded me I had a free gift that was about to expire (I did not know that) in three days and suggested a great muffin. Great employee.

  4. Panera Chula Vista is great place to eat. Great employers and atmosphere. Dylan and Kyle were very attentive and gave great service.

  5. Kortney and Debbie were very pleasant and informed. I had a rather large order and it was done to perfection.

  6. Panera is definitely one of my favorite places to eat! I don’t live around one so when I am anywhere that has a Panera it is always my first stop! Everyone is so friendly and the food is always fanominal! Couldn’t ask for a better place to grab some soup and a bagel! It’s the best!

  7. Ordered double meat for my salad. Order was late and they forgot the extra meat. Meat tasted terrible. Will not be going back to Panera.

  8. Hosting an 80th birthday party for my mother in lw. I do not have to do anything but sit back and enjoy the family. Panera is doing it all and they make it seem effortless while doing so. Why go anywhere else?
