My husband and I love coming here! Great food, fast and friendly service!
Cafe 0903 in Milford, Ct has great friendly service & the specialty salads are so tasty & well prepared. Just told the other day that a new Panera is going to open in our neighboring town. Now we will have 2 close to home. All the food is really good no matter which one I go to. Keep up the good work. Tom C
Enjoyed our meal very much.
The turkey sandwich was delicious but to much bread. Something I saw while I was eating my meal turned my stomach, one of the employees wiped the legs on the bottom of the table and then proceeded to wipe the table top with that very same cloth. YUK
Was traveling from Florida to Maryland on a road trip. We visited parenas in all states in between. I’m happy to tell you that all the resturaunts were consistent with product and service. Our return trip south at your various stores was just a pleasant experience each time. Good job!
Breakfast soufflé , banging!
This morning my wife and I made our weekly visit to Panera. To my surprise, when I ordered my customary cinnamon chip scone, the server placed something on the platter that looked nothing like what I always order. Suspecting that a mistake had been made, I repeated, “I think I ordered a cinnamon chip scone.” To which the server said that there was now a new recipe which resulted in a flatter scone with a sugar glaze. She added in a helpful, encouraging tone, “You know, the old scone was a bit dry.” Sadly, I replied, “I know. That’s what I liked about it!”
Although I did try the new version, I must tell you that I am one disappointed customer, as I miss your old cinnamon chip scone. I suppose any bakery or restaurant must experiment with new recipes and menu items, but in this case the change was not for the better in my opinion. We will of course continue to be loyal Panera customers, but regretfully my favorite bakery item is no longer available.
