I was visiting the Panera in Yorkville, IL store 4010 today. Carol took my order and had the best customer service!!! Jill the manager was great too!!! I am coming back!
My Panera if No. 1031 in Lacy, Washington. I visit at least twice a week because I love the Garden vegetable with pesto.. I also value the decor – much better than the usual fast food stores. The ice tea,for me, is weak. Can you add to the soup listings. Senate Bean soup is a favorite. It is healthy and a classic. I’ve read it has been in the Senate resturant for years.
“I smile because not that many people smile.I try to be positive,” she says. I try to make their dining experience wonderful.” It is the first time I’ve heard such a comment and the first time I’ve posted a comment anywhere. .” She works at Panera Bread on 66th St. N in St.Petersburg, Fl.. and on this day was was working on another cash register. Her name is not Elizabeth, but is delightful young lady, a gem. She makes it makes it delightful to go into the restaurant. Put it this way: If I were still on my job and still a sports editor for a major newespaper, I’d hire her without any hesitation for a position within the paper. And, yes, Panera is among my favorite places to eat and write (a book). The restaurant us clean. the food is good and the response time as fast as I’vef seen it. I have held many meeting there as well.
My service was exceptional today at Panera. Everyone was friendly and helpful and my food was ready extremely fast
There was a bone in my Nappa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich today. My waitress did not tell me that I had a free Smoothie.
Love Panera Bread go there once a month to have a girl’s day out with family from down in the city.
On 2/14/2013, went to Panera Bread for Dinner … Cafe # 0990, Watertown NY.. Ordered dinner for our entire family . Our Soups were all COLD .. I took them up to the pickup counter and the main mgr told me .. To walk to the front of the store and HEAT them up myself if I wanted them HOT ..first of all I thought French onion soup and broccoli cheese soup was suppose to be HOT !!! But for the mgr to tell me to go to the microwave myself .. I didn’t think that was right .. After this we weren’t able to eat .. As I watched many others went up to the counter for the same reason and were told the same thing !!
There is NO EXCUSE for this from a MANAGER !!!
This is one of many visits to my favorite bakery. Good bread, bagels, scones, and today, even Hot Cross Buns! .Kathy took my order – a Poughkeepsie native – and did a good job. I even got a free salad; a nice plus! The salads, soups, and sandwiches are creative and all the food is fresh.
That’s a high standard, and leaves a good impression. Oh yes, the decor of your shops is simply pleasing.
All said, I know there’s more good things to come! .
Sitting at your establishment now 6pm Sat Feb 16 – Port Chester NY location.
The store is FREEZING..I would like to know why the HEAT is not turned on. I had to leave on the middle of my meal i could not eat in the cold. You teally need to have mgt turn up the heat – i stopped hping to Starbucks because their places are akeays cold now i will stop going to Port Chester. Also there is a fireplace inside which is NEVER turned on Why is that? The Yonkers NY store alwsys has their fireplace going. Why have a fireplace inside if the customers cannot enjoy it – take it out and make room for more tables…
Thank you Pat Seidel
Mckenzie at the new store in Bellingham Washington store #1602 was great – for a newer store and all the various problems that can come up with the service and food issues she was very knowledgeable and really “aimed” to please with great customer service – I have been to over 15 different Panera Stores in Wa and Ca thru my travels and she “sotod” out as being one of the very best I have come in contact with.
