I was in Panera’s 47 hours ago, but just found my sales slip…Amad was my order-taker, and he was so kind and patient with my elderly hearing and speaking problems 🙂 I had a cup of broccoli-cheddar soup and it was super-delicious. The new management at our nearest Panera’s on Sepulveda near LAX have done a remarkable job in upgrading the appearance as well as quality of food and surroundings and service. They deserve a two-thumbs-up from Management as well as their customers 😉 Blessings, Pat Momary

I love to eat at paneras no 42nd hollywood
Three of the last five weeks on Fridays @ 4:30 To 5;30 P.M. when ordering bear claws pastry the store has been out of them. Tonight when I ordered
2 bear claws they were out and substituted 2 double fudge brownies. When we tried to eat the brownies at home , they were stale and tough. If this continues we will not order pastries in the future.

Love Panera! Bagels are great and so are the lunches. One thing that might be better is the confusion when waiting in line.
We couldent wait to go the the new Panera’s in Silverdale, Wa. We stood in line that was out the door, but was told it was well worth the wait, so we did. Ordered half sandwich & soup, The sand. was nothing to brag about, the crust was too hard to bite off or even tear, tried to cut it and just made a mess, the soup was not even warm, more like room temp. So, we are wondering if they have soft crust bread and HOT soup?
