I really feel happy when I go there with my friends.I usually like the friendly atmosphere & smile of cashiers.
It’s a fantastic place for gathering friends.
I went 2day wz my wife 2 celebrate our 20th marriage anniversary taking our favorite Cinnamon crunch & z good coffee.
After being a loyal customer we will now take our business elsewhere due to the continued rise in prices that are well above inflationary rates. Also your customer offers earned program has been cut way back and we now have to spend much more before getting any type of reward.
We are seniors and used to enjoy sitting in with friends enjoying coffee and lunch but we all feel that we can now do better else where.

Food was good but the service was not there. My wife soup and a sandwich when are order came no spoon or knife. When I asked for one I was told by the server they where out. Now how do you eat soup without a spoon????? and the worst part ws they didn’t seam to care. Took 2 or 3 minutes to find a plast spoon. This is the third time we have eaten there and to be honest it my be the LAST!
I order a bear claw that was stale this was not the first this happen I am paying full price for day old thank you
My husband and I frequent OUR PANERA BREAD very often. We meet with friends every Saturday we are able at 8:30 am and enjoy a delicious breakfast and spirited discussions. We feel at home as do so many of the same people we see each Saturday. If we get engrossed in our conversations, one of the employees will stop by and pick up our trays.At least once or twice a week we have dinner at PANERA BREAD.The YOU PICK TWO is our favorite. Greek Salad & Broccoli Cheddar Soup. YUM! I want to congratulate all of you on the the quality of the food.The soup is always steamy hot, just like I like it. OUR PANERA BREAD is always clean and neat with employees who make it a point to be polite and friendly. The managers join in our conversations when they have time and keep all of us up to date on what special treat is forthcoming. I requested a particularly delicious Peach Tea, which had been previously stocked. The next time I came in, there it was. What service. OUR PANERA BREAD is located on Dutchman’s Lane in Louisville, KY. Stop by on Saturdays, we’ll make room for you.
The cinnamon crisp bagel we had this morning was delicious and the hazelnut coffee was
outstanding in flavor. Thank you.

I love going to Panera frecuently. My daughter and 2 sisters adore the cream of broccoli soup and the tuna salad sandwich, also the cup of yogurt with strawberrys and the granola Pleasee don’t change
