On Sunday Sept. 30 2012 I went into your store in Lake Forest CA on Murilands Blvd. Cafe 4132. I placed an order for: Extra Baguette Roll, Tomato Mozzarella Panini which was to include a Baguette Roll, Cup of soup, 1/2 Bacon Tomato and a Baguette Roll. When I picked up my to go order I asked the server if everything was in the bag. She replied, “I had better check it”! When I arrived home, 8 miles from your cafe, I discovered I was short (1) Baguette Roll. The server’s comment was totally u-called for. She should have looked in the bag and verified the order was complete, after all she filled the order. As a result I shall NEVER SET FOOT in that cafe ever again. The only thing you are selling is customer service. Customer service, NOT!
I eat on a regular basis at the St. Louis Bread Company on Brentwood Blvd in Brentwood, Missouri. I love the food. However, I am a disabled person and, unfortunately, cannot gain access inside without a customer opening the doors (two) for me. Unless some nice person assists me, I wait outside. This location has also had work being done on the disabled parking spaces for several weeks — so, I cannot even gain access to the doors. I called the store, but the phone was never answered.
Cafe 1533 has great customer service and great team members
the staff at panera bread at Arlington Heights was fast, clean and friendly service and the food was good.
{purchased a dozen bagels yesterday & would recommend that all be placed in plastic bags before placing in carrier. I ended up with loose bagel toppings all over my car,
Your new policy of serving the customer at their table instead of waiting in line for the order is really appreciated. Your staff is always friendly and very polite. Keep up the good work.
My husband and I have been going to Panera’s, located on Putty Hill Avenue, Maryland since it opened years ago. We go three times a week after going to the Wellness Center at TU for breakfast. On Fridays, a group from the gym goes with us and we have a great time.
Thoroughly recommend eating at Panera’s!
Besides delicious food, the Manager, Brian is very personable and always asks if everything is ok.. Same goes for the food service staff and servers.
We enjoy the atmosphere, food and very friendly and accomadating staff at the Vadias hts MN location. It feels like being with our friends. I really like Deng, Rob and Tom. The food selection is a real plus for taste and good health.
Thanks PW
Your food is delious. Service is great. Training to personnel is excellent. How about a senior discount on drinks?
My husband and I visited our local Panera 3:00 in the afternoon to find 2 of the 3 each taken by a single person with laptops and papers spread out everywhere. We think there should be a designated area for those with their laptops and definitely not taking up a booth for 4 people. Until this happens our lunch money will go elsewhere.
