Evidently you have never visited Cafe 3891 in Oak Ridge, TN. We had a horrible experience on our very first visit. There is a lot of false adertising and discrepancy in prices from what is posed on wall in cafel Soup was only lukewarm and mgr I asked re discrepancy from wall signs and what we were charged was not friendly or helpful at all.
My husband and I have breakfast at Panera every morning. While I am standing in line to b e waited on, one of the Panera associates gets our breakfast ready before I order. It is a good feeling to know someone remembers us and what we eat….we are 85 and 86. When we miss a couple of days, one of the associates will comment on our not being there when we finally get back to Panera for breakfast. Makes for a great day!!
I visit panera bread cafe 1162 in falls church last week for lunch and I orderd turkey cran panini and I wait meanwhile I saw in the list that it comes with bacon and I asked the same cashier that I don’t it backon so I want to make sure that my panini comes with backon or not and he just told me It is already proceed and there is a long line so ………..I again told him I do not eat bacon and if you can change my item ……………….he told me no.It’s a kind of rude and I told that cashier I don’t need anything and he just don’t response,I was geeting late so I don’ take anything I just lost my money I ‘m gonna never forget this in my future…………………So I…………………
Its always a treat to go to Paneras, It doesnt matter if its a lunch menu or coffee and a sweet roll its always delicious!!

My husband, granddaughter & I all love Panera Bread and it is so convenient to where we live to visit. The staff is always very pleasant and efficient and the food is excellent.
I enjoy the smiles of the clerks as they take my order. I enjoy the smiles of the cooks when I pick up my food. I enjoy the decor and cleaniness of the eating area. I enjoy the freshness of the food.
I first at Panera in Florida on vacation, and I loved it. So I was excited when you’ll opened one here in Met. But I have been twice to this one and both times my order has been wrong. I am so dissapointed the one in Florida was so great. Why can’t we do that here?
