We always enjoy Panera’s soups with a Baguette plus a nice mug of coffee. It is always tasty and hot. What more could you want? We find their restaurants clean and well managed. The desserts are fantastic! Thank you.
I had good service. I love your frontega chicken so much I went in three days in a row and then discovered half green tea and half lemonade the bomb! Greatest drink Ever!!! Brew din was the first to ask me if I had a card! Well now I do What a great find Awesome there has to be a better word!
Panera is great! I go there just about every morning… Staff is always friendly no matter how early lol… My order is always correct…good job!
I love panera bread the food is good the workers are very nice and helpful….I work right next to panera everyday on my lunch I go there for lunch….the workers let me leave with a smile on my face because the service is excellent..

I HATE the tableside service at your Medina Ohio store. My order takes longer to receive while the attendant wanders all through the restaurant looking for me. When I’m having lunch with a friend and we pay separately, one of us gets our food while the other one waits and waits.
Also, the tables are ALWAYS dirty. Instead of the attendant serving food, it would be better if they cleaned tables more quickly. There are too few booths so everyone scrambles for the few that are available. This store needs help.
A beautiful new Panera Bread Cafe 1585. Breads and sweets counter is a sight to behold and tastes even better.
Went to panera 9-7 it was very busy they gave my order take out to another person and thought it was mine. They made me another order.they were quite apologetic. They were sooo busy tho but very polite. I will go back. Maybe a free salad would be nice. Food is great thanks
