  2. My husband and I love Panera. The food is great always and the store is clean and cheerful. The staff always helpful and patient.

  3. Glastonbury Cafe#3858
I always find Panera employees to be gracious. Good service and always good sandwiches, salads and soups.
However, today I bought a blueberry scone for an additional $1.00 and whatever was in it, burned my mouth at first bite. I quickly drank water at home and threw out the pastry.

  4. I have enjoyed Panera’s in the past, however, during my most recent 2 experiences @ the Cafe 1468 in Wayne, NJ I found that the cashiers were rude and hurried the customers along. They went so far as to roll their eyes at my 79 yr young mother because she asked a question. If in the future, I experience this type of service I will not partonize your establishment again….and I don’t care how good your bread is!!!!

  5. My husband & I frequent Panera’s here and in
Florida. Today I took out a pick-two, soup and
sandwich. I was very disappointed in the quantity
of the soup. When eating in, I can hardly finish the
bowl. The take-out was small and not full. The
sandwich of mozzarella and tomato was sparse and
the bread was not as good as usual. I spent $17.43
on two pick-twos and will never do that again….
The server, Arthur was very nice and helpful.

  6. I frinally was able to purchase a loaf of Asiago Bread. Have trid numberous times but they are always out of it. I asked to have it sliced and the clerk almost dropped it on the floow after sliced. She did drop one piece on the floor and threw it out. I asked if I got something for the missing slice of break and she said “no”. Needless to say, I was not too happy with that service. I thought she could have at least offered me another loaf instead of the one that was all askew in the bag. She did offer to put her hands in there and straighten it all out and I said “no”. Don’t know why they are almost always out of Asiage Bread. Guess there’s too much demand so you just don’t bake enough.

  7. We frequent the Briargate Panera in Colorado Springs. We have found the General Manager (Ben) and his team to be outstanding.
