I really enjoy Panera’s. Food is always fresh and tasty. I have one complaint – very close to the entrance a few seniors have set up their own little circle to visit. I am a senior but I don’t think it looks good for the restaurant. Is there a way that Panera can discourage this? Thank you
Have been a customer at Paneras since it started serving in the St. Petersburg. FL area. Always excellent. Today at Cafe 3345 ordered my usual, the Four Cheese Souffle was way off mark. The item seemed lacking in Cheese and the pastry dough in taste and contex. Last week at the Cafe on Tyrone area the Dark Roast Coffee was terrible and the person on duty said they did not find any difference from the normal. Lack of a good and excellent product will turn off the steady customers.

i visited the porter square cambridge mass location. We spent $43 but were not satisfied with our order. The wait time for food was longer than normal. the strawberry chicken salad had no chicken..it was completely omitted from the meal. the bagel was unevenly cut and slightly burned even though we ordered lightly toasted. The lobster roll had no seasoning even though it was supposed to have one.We eat at Panera very often but we were really disappointed with the meal. Each time we spoke with a worker, they told us a different excuse but never offered to correct the problems. Not even retoast a new bagel or provide some chicken for the salad. Really disappointing and surprising.
I retired this year and like to have coffee with my friends at Panera. By the way I have quit doing all surveys as every company wants only 5 minutes of my time. My suggestions are: 1. Put a clock timer in each of your businesses that chime every 15 minutes to let your employees know to check the coffee bar. 2. I have coffee 4 days a week and almost everytime your out of coffee. I carry the coffee jug to the counter alone with the half and half jug. 3. Why don’t you put a 2 or 3 gallon refrigerated milk dispenser on the coffee bar so you don’t run out. I have gotten to know alot of your retired customer and the above comments are the main complaints. 4. Your rewards program was great at first but now it isn’t. When you had a punch card I believe after 7 or 9 visits you would get a free cup of coffee.
Was at Cafe #3834 today for breakfast. Laurie
was our cashier and always is a pleasure. She
calls us by name and is so personable. Micheal
in catering always makes a point to say hello
as well as Kristin. Your morning staff at Turkey
Creek Panera in Knxoville, TN is the best!

Your Greenville Panera cashiers know me! They smile and say,”Small coffee?”That is my usual order, but I love all the soups and salads. Thanks to my Panera card, I’m sometimes surprised to get a free pastry or a You Pick 2 meal!
We really enjoy going to this Paneras. The people are so friendly and try very hard to please the customer.Among the ones I remember most are Thressa and David. Dave works in production and as a cashier. Teressa works mostly as a cashier. Both are EXCELLENT are Paneras should be very proud to have such good employees!
My grandson and I had a very nice visit today on a very busy day. Thanks
The employees of Panera are great. I’ve been in many Paneras and with the exception of 1 store, employees always seem confident and well trained., I’m older and grew up when service was important and so, appreciate it when II see it. Thanks
It is my second visit to Panera Bread @ Sourhpoint and it was a great experience, service and quality of products! Love the smoothies, brownies and lunch items. Healthy and fresh lunch options 🙂
