Great fresh coffee selection and rolls — also very clean
Last Sunday I went. I ordered the soup and sandwich. Well 25 minutes later I inquired about my order. My food was sitting there for at least 20 minutes. People were reaching and coughing over my food for that long. I was quite upset $10.00 later. The problem?? My pager did not work. The waitress said I’m sorry and lied to me saying that they had just put up my food order. NO!!! The soup was room temperature and I took the sandwich home and she didn’t even ask for the broken pager. I should have just asked for my money back.
I was charged sales tax on my take out order after I specifically asked the cashier not to charge sales tax!
My husband & I order Bear Claws a couple of times a week and our Salads also. His is a chix Ceasar Salad & mine an Apple chix Salad. Your restaurant is the only one for our lunch and pastry. There is none better. Thanks a lot folks for the good food, the best employees and the cleanest in town. Thank you Panera and keep up the Great Work. Always, Frances

We visit Vadias Heights a few times a week. We are always impresseed with the food,enviroment and great staff. Adam is exceptional and we really enjoy his pleasant greating and treatment.

Panera’s in Park Ridge is a favorite meeting place for many whether for coffee and a pastry, a salad for lunch, or a quick dinner for the family. The outstanding part are those who help serve people. They are a dedicated and caring group of workers and manager. We feel lucky to have them in our
community. They make Panera’s a favorite place to
eat in our town along with the fresh and good foods
served.
I enjoy the food and can walk to my nearest store.
