I simply must thank you for the superior service I received while dining at your establishment last Friday evening.Your staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could be. Not only did we ask to change tables twice (first due to a glare from the setting sun and then due to the quirkiness of a dinner guest), but we inconvenienced your waiter by asking him to supply us with paper napkins rather than cloth. Your waiter, Mr. Clay Grant, took it all in stride and never treated our party with anything less than the utmost professionalism. It is service like this that will keep us coming back to your restaurant again and again.
Our waiters were Tiff and Yorbick. They were exceptional good. They made it very comforable and were very attentive. Thanks again for your service.
We were walking by this morning and stoped in for breakfast. The stake and ham slices were good. We had a omlete and the lady that made it acted as if it wasn’t her job. She loaded the pan with oil and the omlete tasted VERY greasy. That left a bad tast in my mouth and we left no very happy or full.
I moved here to Tx about a year ago. My family and I came across Golden corral and we thought we might try it out. Well were glad we did 🙂 the service was great,the food was soo good.!! The manager was on the floor assisting customers as he should .Our beverages were always full,all employees seemed into their job,Im a server myself and I know how important customers are. You are very appreciated. We will b visiting again soon.

I was at Golden Corral for the Veterans Day Dinner. I found that everything was well organized. Not only was the food cooked very well. I was waited on and teated by an excellent waitress. We enjoy eating at GC because we get to mix and match the menu items. The food os well prepared and presented, th place is always clean, and the staff is prompt and friendly.
our last vist yesterday at 11:00 am,the food was alot better then preveous vists.everything was great! we talked with the new manager about some ideas to inprove some foods.he was interested in what we had to say,an thats the first time a manager come around an talked to the custumers to get their input on the food.to all cooks an employees at resterant #2438 in zanesville keep up the great work your all doing!
they where every nice and fast
I recently had gastric bypass surgery. I cannot eat any more than 2 oz of food per meal. The hospital gave us a card to give to restaurants, explaining this and asking them to allow this type of patient to qualify for the childs portion and fee. The Golden Corral does not acknowledge this card. I am sorry because I do enjoy eating there but I am not going to pay full price for a meal that is so small that a 4 year old will out eat me. I will let the support groups know that the Golden Corral is not willing to help with this issue
We had a girl names Tammy for our server on Thankgiving Day. We were there at 3.00 and the place was packed. Tammy aways gave us a big smile everytime she helped us. Keep us the good work.
