heard a lot about how wonderful tasting five guys burgers were (co-workers) first time trying one today I must say GREAT!!
i ordered a cheeseburger with mustard only.i receiveda cheeseburger with mushrooms only.yuck.if you could turn the music downso the customers and employees could hear each other these things would not happen.i hate an atmosphere where the workers have to scream above each other and the music to be heard .i actually think its dangerous when working with hot oil fry tops and potato slicing etc.
ate at the location in Cullman, Ala. the food was great and the people working there was just outstanding
Kaisey at location 1350 was probaby the most professional five guys employee I’ve ever delt with very sweet, good personality, and energetic
I don’t know where the other people ate. I went to the location in Norco, CA. , THE WORSE HAMBURGERS WE EVER HAD! Our hamburgers were awful, slapped together, watery ketchup soked in the bottom bun, not mad e properly, Sooo… much mayo and ketchup that was ALL you could taste. They only had 2 other cars in the parking lot. We both got stomach aches. WE ‘LL never eat there again. Corp. needs to checkup on this owner/ manger. It’s giving Five Guys a BAD name!
The food and service was great
lots of good food
