I was hoping that you could kindly pass on my utmost gratitude for the outstanding hospitality that was shown to me and my associates by Floribeta who works at Pollo Loco, store #3543.
I remember the very first day, when Floribeta greeted us all with a friendly smile, and helped us gracefully, making us feel the service was first class. Even during the evenings when the restaurant got extremely busy, we noticed Floribeta never got flustered and showed total dedication and commitment and always came through with a beautiful smile and always suggested other food items to compliment our meals.
How Floribeta kept up her sense of humour, enthusiasm and energy levels is beyond my belief. Floribeta never seemed to be off duty and I’m sure she must work very long hours. However, she truly is a credit to your organization and she fully epitomises what 5 star restaurant service is all about.
Please pass on our thanks to her once again and I hope you will be able to offer her some kind of accolade for her tremendous efforts in making our day so special and enjoyable.
