following receipt of premium club brochure showing chuka boots drove to pudsey store approx 28 miles round trip . no boots on display iasked where they were i was told that the store did not have any and they knew nothing about the advert in the brochure
most annoying and a waste of time and fuel pudsey is a large store and i would expected them to have any merchantise which is being promoted.
Wonderful ideal place to take my 90 year old mum for lunch and all her shopping needs . Great shop m&s
excellent value at your restaurant in your Eltham branch……. but the staff still seem a bit upset that they haven’t got their new freezing cabinets yet ! They are always very friendly and cooperative however.
Eltham is a well run store and a beacon in Eltham Hgh Street

I bought some boots last Sat and were wrong size
went back following Thursday there was not any more
boots replaced, so was a wasted journey.
m&s have amazingly convenient prices,and the whole store is completely reliable!the staff are always so helpful.i go to m&s all the time,wheather i’m buying clothes or dinner m&s is always the best value.
