My wife & I have shopped at M&S for sixty years,we
have always had excellent service & the quality has
always been good ,our weekly bill is normally between £50-£80,we have a 45 Min.Bus journey to get to our local store.However,we now face a reluctance, by local management,to put aside any of our favourite items,on
our shopping days!Not very considerate,on such long
journeys .
I love to shop in M and S not only for great value (particularly at Christmas) but especially for such pleasant and helpful staff all the year round.. I feel it is one of the few stores that look after all my needs, and as a pensioner I appreciate all the help I get from the staff..
Last week my husband who is blind went with his escort to your Simply Food in Broughty Ferry to pick up a trolleyfull of food ordered by me earlier in the week.The order was ready for them and I cannot speak too highly of Paul who organised it all.He deserves all the praise I can give and then some.
On Sunday 28/10/12 we went to M&S in Mary Street, Dublin to buy a suit for our son John who is a young man with Down Syndrome. The service he and we received from a wonderful employee called Gerry was absolutely second to none. All the staff were courteous and helpful but Gerry gave us a true first class service and spot on advice on tailoring. He was also so unpatronising in how he spoke with John which was wonderful. He also arranged for the alterations necessary to the suit and shirts we bought. If there is an employee of the year award for ensuring customers come back it has to be given to Gerry. We have informed all our friends of our wonderful experience in M&S Mary Street and we will definitely continue shopping with you after our very positive experience. Many, many thanks to Gerry.
I love m&s the food is always tempting & fresh! buy all my underwear there & have bought severel tops but I would like to see more blouses. the people on the till are always so helpful & cheerful too.
I love shopping in M and S. Its selection and quality in everything a family needs is great. Everything from food, clothing, homewares and the little luxuries.
I do all my clothe’s shopping and buy present’s all year round. We have just been in store doing our christmas shopping the store was about to close I could not find the advent calender I wanted, a member of staff took me to them and got me one, re opend a till to take my money. Thank you.
