    the service is even more special. Each and every employee from management down is anixious to
    please each and every customer. This is a reflection
    of the management and training behind the paneras’
    throughout their locations. !!!!

  2. I go to Panera twice a week for lunch. It is awesome, Food is great and Service is great. Ms. Tami in Fayetteville has the BEST customer service at the Drive Thru, she is always nice.

  4. I,m a repeat customer at Panera Cafe 1061, needed to say that I love the
    food,service, and convenience of getting breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The
    manager, Joe is all about great customer service, greeted with a smile and
    always a warm thank you. He is available 24/7. I just tried a Thai chicken
    flatbread sandwich and can’t wait to have it again. Thank you Panera for
    this restaurant so close to my office. Don’t change a thing.

  5. I visit panera 1043 at least twice a week in the mornings. I am very happy to say that the food is very good, but the main reason I keep coming back is because of the great customer service an my favorite cashiers Janett an Tess. U guys make my day. 🙂

  6. We have to travel a few miles to have lunch at Panera, but always find it’s worth it. Today we each had a half Chicken Cuban Pannini and a cup of soup. I always have the Brocculi / Cheddar – some of the best around!
